<div align="left"><span style="color:#990000;">Heat some oil in the saucepan and add mustard seeds(rai in hindi) when the oil is heated. When the mustard seeds crackle, add urad dal and then add the curry leaves with a pinch of hing(asafoetida).</span></div>

<div align="left"><span style="color:#990000;">Add the washed beans and mix. Add some cut green chillies. Let this cook till it becomes tender and eatable.</span></div>

<div align="left"><span style="color:#990000;">Once done, garnish it with fresh coconut (if no fresh coconut, I usually pour some coconut oil to have that native feeling). Enjoy best with curd and rice&#8230;.Miss my ajji&#8230;.</p>
